SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping may be free or subject to a cost depending on the shipping areas and better specified in the product details.
For security reasons, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address registered on the credit card, unless otherwise indicated by the Customer and at the time of delivery the signature of the Customer or of a delegated adult over the age of 18 will be required. They will not be deliver to post office boxes. All purchases will be delivered by selected courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, holidays and local or national holidays. Gioielli Life Italia is not responsible for delays that cannot be foreseen and/or are attributable only to the Courier against whom the complaints in the specific case must be made. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 working days for express delivery and 4 to 6 working days for standard delivery. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the conclusion of the contract. For the delivery of the Products, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document (DDT); that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported in writing on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed without the Customer having raised any objections, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
GIOIELLI LIFE ITALIA SRLU reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that Banca Sella is unable to receive a verification from the Customer's bank. GIOIELLI LIFE ITALIA SRLU reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time
RETURNS POLICY
It is our desire to guarantee maximum purchase satisfaction and peace of mind to our customers, for this reason, if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can decide to return any product purchased on Gioielli Life Italia Online Store within 14 days from the delivery date , in line with the provisions of article 64 of the Consumer Code.
All orders completed and received between 12/01/2023 and December 25th can exceptionally be returned until January 5th.
For orders delivered after December 25th, the normal return conditions apply.
That's how:

The Customer can independently choose the courier with which to ship. The risks relating to the return and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The credit will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for the payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid by bank transfer, the credit will be made to the customer's current account.
The refund of the return will be made from the moment of acceptance within 14 working days of receipt of it.
All orders completed and received between 01 December 2024 and 25 December 2024 can exceptionally be returned until 08 January 2025.

DEFECTS OF CONFORMITY
If a Product sold by Gioielli Life Italia were to present a production defect and in any case for any alleged lack of conformity relating to Products sold by Gioielli Life Italia srlu, the Customer must immediately contact online assistance at the address: info@mariacristinasterling. com . The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or, in the event that these remedies fail, to an adequate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to Gioielli Life Italia within 10 days from the date on which he discovered the defect.
